2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Digital downloads, including eBooks or software.
  • Gift cards, vouchers, and coupons.
  • Clearance or final sale items.

3. How to Return an Item

To return an item, follow these simple steps:

  2. Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we will provide you with a return authorization number (RMA) and specific instructions for returning the item.
  3. Shipping the Item: Securely package the item and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping service. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.
  4. Refund Processing: After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be reflected on your payment account.

4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, we recommend placing a new order for the desired product while returning the original item. If the return is due to an error or defect on our part, we will cover the cost of return shipping and provide a replacement item.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If the item you received is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will provide a return shipping label and issue a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.

6. Late Returns

We cannot accept returns after 30 days from the delivery date. If you attempt to return an item outside of the return window, the item will be returned to you at your expense.

7. Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for return shipping fees unless the product is defective or incorrect.

8. Late or Missing Refunds
