We offer multiple shipping options to ensure that our customers receive their orders in a timely manner:
Standard Shipping: Our standard shipping service generally delivers within 5-7 business days, depending on the destination.
Expedited Shipping: For faster delivery, we offer expedited shipping, which typically arrives within 2-3 business days.
Overnight Shipping: If you need your items immediately, we offer overnight shipping for orders placed before 2:00 PM EST. Orders will be delivered the next business day.
Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
2. Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are automatically calculated during the checkout process, based on the weight and size of the items and the delivery location. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly indicated during checkout.
3. Processing Times
Orders are generally processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. However, during busy periods or due to stock availability issues, processing times may take longer. If there is a delay, we will notify you via email.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information. You can use the tracking number to track your package through the carrier’s website.

5. Shipping Address

Unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as a damaged or incorrect item), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.
8. International Shipping
At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States. We are exploring the possibility of offering international shipping in the future and will notify our customers when it becomes available.
